I became interested in foreign exchange in 2003. I went through many ups and downs during my path in Forex. After three years of hard work and number of painful losses in the market I finally learned to make consistent profit in Forex.
What I learn form my experience is that the most important ingredient for success in Forex is not some sort of perfect trading system. The main ingredient is consistency. Even with mediocre trading systems I was able to grow my trading account when I learned to apply it consistently. On the other hand when I was trying to catch sporadic major moves on the market no matter how brilliant were my analytical skills I managed to lose such gains.
Once I learned that “secret” trading became easy for me. You see it’s like learning to ride a bicycle. It’s hard and painful until you don’t know what actually means to keep the balance is. However once you learned to keep the balance you will be surprised how easy and joyful experience it is. You still need to apply the effort riding it but the pain goes away completely.
I started this blog hoping to help new trader by sharing my experience and knowledge. Even if the information here could bring you one step closer to becoming consistently profitable trader I will consider my goal achieved.
